Ms. Benini is a member of the following committees and associations.

• Canadian Standard Association -CSA- Technical Committee for the development of a national standard for Emergency Management and Business Continuity Program: CSA Z1600 since Sept 2005
• Emergency Preparedness for Commerce and Industry Council – EPICC – Board of Directors and responsible for the coordination of the Annual EPICC Seminar in Victoria since 2004.

Past involvement with:

• DRI Canada Certification Commission – Chair from 1999 to 2003
• DRIE West – Program Director – from 1999-2003
